dear baby. post 8.

dear baby,

we are still waiting in anticipation for our appointment next week. i cannot wait to hear your little heartbeat! i am thinking about going to fetal fotos and getting an ultrasound early since we won’t get one at the dr. for another month. i don’t know if i can wait that long!

nothing is really new this week. i am still not showing although my pants get tighter by the day. well, i should say that the top of my pants get tighter everyday. the rest of my pants are getting looser. i have lost a couple more pounds but now that i am about into the second trimester, i will start putting on weight and starting to show a little bit.

i found out yesterday that you are going to have a cousin who will be just a couple weeks older than you! your auntie wendy is pregnant with her fifth baby and i could not be more excited to be pregnant at the same time as my sister. of course, her pregnancy is much different than mine because it is her fifth time around, but it is still so fun. we have both been pretty sick but are really hoping that the sickness passes very soon. our fingers are crossed.

we found someone to move into our apartment starting on July 1st so we really need to start packing up. i started packing some things a few months ago, but we have got to get busy! i don’t want to be doing things at the last minute! we are going to be moving in with your grammy and grandpa moultrie for a little while. we will most likely be there when you are born which i am happy about because then your grammy will be right upstairs to help me when i need it.

we have been very blessed in our lives and you are just another blessing to add to our long list. we are so grateful for you and that you chose to be a part of our family. we cannot wait to meet you. see you soon, little one.
